Even if you lose 99 times, you win once.

South Korea took one small step forward, the hard way.
It’s been a tough winter.
The president was impeached.
The liberals will probably take the fruits of all this victory. We’ll still have to fight, but I’m glad we won.
They’re going to win the presidency, they’re going to win the parliamentary elections.
And they will oppress the workers, the peasants, and the poor.
But many small, invisible, forgotten struggles were made visible in this fight.
The square forced the liberal parties to recognize LGBT people, farmers and workers as fellow citizens.
We will make the liberal parties change, not with coddling and tolerance, but with equal footing and struggle.

In the Korean fight song, there are lyrics: “Even if you lose 99 times, you win once.”

Let all those who fight in the world win. Let’s endure and win.
